Institutional Capacity Development Program

Institutional Capacity Development Program provide assistance to community based non-governmental organizations, church bodies, religious ministries and educational institutions need to develop a certain skill or competence, for general upgrading of performance ability.

For organizations, capacity building may relate to any aspect of its work: improved governance, leadership, mission and strategy, administration (including human resources, financial management, and legal matters), program development and implementation, fundraising and income generation, diversity, partnerships and collaboration, evaluation, advocacy and policy change, marketing, positioning, planning, etc. And for individuals, capacity building may relate to leadership development, advocacy skills, training/speaking abilities, technical and organization skills.

Institutional Capacity Development Program is to support civil society organizations, community groups, and religious bodies in developing capacities. The program is providing an opportunity to individuals and organizations to get familiarized with the advance techniques and tools to handle and strengthen local interventions and develop working methodologies to get smart outputs.
